Prices may vary depending on vehicle type, travel duration, distance, and seasonal demand. Any additional charges during the trip must be paid by the customer.
Usage of Vehicle
The vehicle provided by Riddhi Tours is strictly for travel purposes as per the booking details. Any misuse, illegal activity, or violation of local laws during the trip is strictly prohibited.
Customers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper use of the vehicle.
Travel Delays & Liability
Riddhi Tours is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by natural disasters, traffic conditions, accidents, strikes, or other unavoidable situations. We do not take responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the journey.
Changes in Booking
Any changes in travel plans must be informed in advance. We will try our best to accommodate changes based on availability. Last-minute changes may not always be possible and may incur additional costs.
Code of Conduct
Customers are expected to behave respectfully with drivers and staff. Any form of misconduct, abusive behavior, or illegal activity will lead to immediate termination of service without any refund.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Riddhi Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Booking & Confirmation
All bookings with Riddhi Tours must be made through our official contact channels, including phone, WhatsApp, or website inquiry forms. A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team. In some cases, advance payment may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the trip.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be informed in advance. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation:
- Cancellation before 24 hours: Partial or full refund (as per agreement)
- Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund
- No-show: No refund

Riddhi Tours may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
Driver Responsibility
Our drivers are experienced and professional. They will follow the agreed route and schedule. However, they are not responsible for delays caused due to traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances. Driver duty hours are limited as per safety norms. Any extra hours may incur additional charges.
Additional Charges
Extra charges may apply in the following cases:
- Additional distance or extended travel time
- Night charges (if applicable)
- Toll tax, parking, and state entry fees
- Driver allowance for outstation trips
